Biography

Natascha Mair began her ballet training at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School at the age of seven. After graduating with a ballet diploma at just 17, she joined the Vienna State Ballet for the 2012/13 season. In 2018, under the direction of Manuel Legris, she was promoted to the rank of Principal Dancer.

From 2020 to 2023, Mair continued her career as a Principal Dancer with English National Ballet in London, performing leading roles on some of the world’s most prestigious stages.

Alongside her ballet career, Mair has expanded her artistic and physical skill set. She completed a screen acting course at City Academy and has undertaken extensive training in screen and stage combat as well as multiple disciplines toward stunt performance, including scuba diving, Taekwondo, kickboxing, and rock climbing.

In addition, she is a certified Pilates mat and reformer instructor and has pursued further education in life coaching, event planning, sports psychology, and social media management.

Today, Mair works as a freelance ballerina, actress, and Pilates instructor, collaborating on a variety of creative projects while continuing her training toward a professional career in stunts.
